| 摘 要： | 高校出版社从事业单位向企业转换的过程中面临着一些问题,如何解决或处理好这些问题关系到高校出版社改革发展的前途与命运。在转制过程中两个较为突出的重点问题是：如何解决高校出版社的定位和市场之间的矛盾问题、如何解决高校事业单位定位和出版社企业定位之间的关系问题。

| Abstract: | During the process of changing from institutions to enterprise, the university press faces some issues. How to solve or deal with these issues is related to the future and the fate of the reform and development of the university press. In the conversion process two more prominent key issues are： how to solve the issue of contradiction between the location of university press and the market, how to solve the issue of relationship between the institutions location of university and the enterprise location of press. |
