| 摘 要： | 在世界范围内日益兴起的地方学,是地方文化研究深入发展的必然产物。目前,我国的地方文化研究,多已发展到地方学的新阶段。当今的河洛文化研究,必须紧跟全国地方学兴起的新趋势,及时发展到地方学研究的新阶段。河洛学就是以洛阳历史文化、现代城市建设和未来发展战略作为研究对象的综合性学科。它是一个融古贯今、展望未来的系统工程。
