| Abstract: | Taking the low-carbon cities and eco-cities as the objects of research, this article illustrates the necessity of innovations in system and mechanism of low-carbon eco-cities. Then the article states the relafive theoretical foundation of innovations in system and mechanism of low-carbon eco-cities and establishes the goal direction of innovations. |
