新生代农民工创业问题实证研究——基于兰州市的调查

新生代农民工创业对兰州市工业化、城镇化进程的快速发展,以及统筹城乡协调发展,转变经济发展方式有一定影响.兰州市新生代农民工表现为创业者以男性为主、创业领域多元化、以独立创业为主、创业规模较小、创业资金来源渠道单一等特点;存在创业者综合素质偏低、创业层次较低、创业资金不足、创业环境欠佳等问题.建议:健全新生代农民工的创业培训体系,搭建以新生代农民工为对象的创业政策保障机制,健全新生代创业农民工的社会服务体系,鼓励女性新生代农民工的创业等.

An Empirical Research on Entrepreneurial Issues of New Generation Migrant Workers: Based on an Investigation in Lanzhou City

New generation entrepreneurial migrant workers of Lanzhou city have to some extent promoted the fast development of industrialization and urbanization of the city, and influenced the coordination of the development of urban and rural areas, as well as the transformation of economic development mode of the city. These entrepreneurial workers are mostly male ones and with a certain educational background. They usually depend on themselves with a fund that usually comes from one single source and start up small businesses in many fields. Therefore, they are often troubled with the issues of low comprehensive quality, small scale of business, shortage of funding and an unfavorable entrepreneurial environment. It might be wise to improve the entrepreneurial training system for the workers, establish a policy safeguard mechanism, perfect social service networks, and encourage female workers to start up business.
