创业文化的南北区域差异与交融

创业文化是环境、历史、习惯和制度的产物。从历史上看,南北创业文化由于自然环境和人文环境的不同而具有较大差异,当今在市场经济大潮的冲击下二者正在磨合和交融。政府在这种文化重构的过程中应不断地改造自身并促进这种文化创新。

The difference & blend between the South and the North of the pioneering culture

The pioneering culture is the product formed with the blend of environment,history,custom and system.Historically,there existed great differences in the pioneering culture between the South and the North because of their different natural environments and humanist enviroments.At present,however,with the impact of the tide of market economy,both of them have been breaking in and blending with each other.The author thinks that the government departments concerned should continuously modify themselves so as to promote the innovation of this culture in the process of the reform of this culture.
