| Abstract: | With the development of libraries enterprise,the libraries of colleges and universities have entered the compound stage. In this paper,the authors firstly analyze and clarify the quality demands for the librarians of compound libraries,and then discuss the status quo of stimulating librarians of compound libraries briefly. Finally, the authors put forward some measures to stimulate the librarians of compound libraries,in order to help compound libraries gain better effects in stimulating librarians. |
