| Abstract: | In order to develop the modern agriculture and livestock husbandry and promote the construcnon of new farming and pastoral areas in Qinghai ,we must get a clear understanding of provincial situation. Because of partieularity of Qinghai minority regions,in the course of developing the modern agriculture and livestock husbandry, only by striving for the favourable terms of gevernment and ones own efforts can we quicken the development of modern agrieuhure and livestock husbandry and construction of new farming and pastoral areas. |
