As the tempo of modern society speeding up,there are more and more traffic accidents in our country these years.Meanwhile,out of various motivations,the runs-away after traffic accidents occur much too frequently.As the stipulations of our criminal law are not very clear,it is usually difficult to carry out the stipulations in practice.Therefore,a profound analysis of the hazardous nature of escape after traffic accidents and severe punishment of this phenomenon are of great significance for our judicial practice and the creation of favorable transportation environment.Based on the accurate comprehension of related legal articles,this thesis has elaborated some questions on condemnation of escape after traffic offense sending person to death.
