论组织培训需求评估

摘    要:从系统论的观点来考察组织培训实践,培训需求评估是培训系统的基础环节。判断培训是否必要的过程就是培训需求评估,它的运作路径大体如下:首先从组织、任务和人员个体三个层次收集相关信息,了解组织不同层次和部门的培训需求;其次通过差距及其原因分析确认真实的培训需求;再次对确认的培训需求根据其重要性和紧迫性进行排序;最后将培训需求转换为可操作的培训目标,为培训计划的制定奠定基础。

Abstract:When we investigate the training practice in organizations from the view of system theory, we can find that training needs assessment is the primary step of the training system. Training needs assessment is a process to determine whether a training program is needed or not, which operates like this: Firstly, we should collect information from organization level, task level and individual level to learn all kinds of training needs perfectly, to improve the rationality, reality and validity of training needs assessment. Secondly, we should identify real training needs by gap analysis. Thirdly, we should rank the training needs which have been ensured. And finally, we should translate the needs into operable training objectives to lay a foundation for the next step of the training system.
