| 摘 要： | 生态危机与资源短缺的双重压力,使社会发展面临＂低碳化＂转向。为抓住这机会,要以消除＂低碳＂认知误区来强化价值观基础,以价值观低碳化改造来消除＂知行相背＂,以系统化措施来推进价值观低碳化改造的社会良性循环。

| Abstract: | Double pressure from "ecological crisis" and "resources shortage" makes social development face shift into "low carbon". To seize this opportunity, "low carbon" cognition errors have to be eliminated, and the contradiction of "idea and action" has to be solved by value transformation. Systematic measures have to be taken to promote a healthy social circulation of low carbon value transformation. |
