| 摘 要： | 为探讨农民专业合作社高管团队集体创新在政府支持与合作社经营绩效之间的中介作用,以292份有效调查问卷数据为样本进行实证研究。采用结构方程模型进行分析,结果显示,政府支持与合作社经营绩效呈显著正相关关系,并且与社会绩效的关系显著于与经济绩效之间的关系;高管团队集体创新与合作社经营绩效呈显著正相关关系;政府支持措施可直接对合作社绩效产生影响,大部分是通过合作社高管团队集体创新的中介效应产生影响。
