西部少数民族文化资源分析与产业化开发对策研究

西部地区少数民族文化既是民族传统文化的精粹,也是开发民族文化、发展文化产业的宝贵文化资源。建立少数民族文化开发机制和传承机制,对少数民族文化的传承创新、发展西部少数民族文化产业、推动西部经济转型与跨越发展具有重要的现实意义。西部少数民族文化资源的产业化开发应该侧重以下几个方面:一是开发与传承并重;二是加大公益性开发力度;三是引进现代化开发方式;四是强化市场化开发方向;五是提高品牌开发效益。

Analysis of Cultural Resources of Western Ethnic Minorities and Countermeasure Study on their Industrialized Development

Culture of ethnic minorities in the Western region is the essence of ethnic traditional culture and also precious resource to develop ethnic culture and cultural industry.Setting up mechanism to develop and inherit culture of ethnic minorities is of great realistic significance for inheriting and innovating minority culture,developing minority cultural industry in the Western region,as well as promoting economic transition and a leap-forward development of the West.In industrialized development of cultural resources of minorities in the West,the following points should be noticed: 1) attaching equal importance to development and inheritance;2) enhancing public welfare development;3) introducing modernized way of development;4) strengthening market development;and 5) increasing benefit of brand development.
