| 摘 要： | 成人高校大学生作为一个特殊的受教育群体,影响其心理健康的因素既与普通高校大学生有相似之处,更存在着区别性突出的“成人”特点,如:个性特点与个人观念更复杂;比普通高校大学生“低人一等”的社会角色自卑感”;年龄、知识水平层次差异大;学习动机功利性特别强。应在如下方面加强成人高校大学生的心理健康教育:培养正确的人生观、世界观;解决学习目的偏颇问题;营造课内外、教育与指导、咨询与自助结合的学校心理健康教育网络;建立心理档案以因势利导。

| Abstract: | There are some differences between both adult and general college students in the factors affecting their psychological health .In this regard ,adult college students have their adult characteristics.Therefore ,we should,in view of their characteristics,strengthen psychological health education for adult college students .The education must be focused on the following points :(1)helping the students build up the correct outlook on the world and life;(2)solving the problem of their study aim bias;(3)establishing college'spsychological health education network ;and (4)establishing psychological files . |
