| 摘 要： | 目前，辽宁农产品出口虽然呈上升趋势，但在国外绿色贸易壁垒政策的影响下，农产品出口企业的成本大幅度提高，导致农产品出口占商品出口总额的比率、农产品出口增长率以及农产品出口增长率优势指数下降。农产品质量标准与国际标准有较大差距、出口的市场结构不合理等是辽宁农产品出口竞争力受到很大削弱的根源。就此提出相应对策，以提高农产品出口竞争力，实现辽宁农产品出口的长期可持续发展。
