| 摘 要： | 本论文介绍了Altera公司生产的几种基于EDA平台的新型器件,并利用CycloneII器件在Quar-tusII开发软件平台上设计了简易的频率测量计,该设计对EDA实验教学改革具有一定的借鉴作用。
