产业集群区域品牌力的模糊灰色综合评价

摘    要:在产业集群的发展中,其产品往往会以区域品牌的方式而闻名,提到某种产品人们会想到盛产这种产品的企业所在的区域。产业集群区域品牌力的形成是产业集群在经济一体化背景下得到发展的重要原因之一。而对产业集群区域品牌力的评价是一个复杂的多层次、多属性模糊问题。由于单纯采用模糊评价或灰色评价方法都不能客观、准确的评价,本文利用灰色聚类理论得到指标灰色统计量,构造产业集群国际品牌力的模糊隶属度矩阵,建立了一种灰色评价与模糊评价相结合的综合评价方法,使产业集群区域品牌力的评价更为客观、准确,从而更好地进行我国产业集群区域品牌力的培育。

Abstract:The industrial cluster usually produces what are locally famous. Therefore, the local famous brands may urge the local economic development. A comprehensive evaluation of local brands produced by industrial cluster is a complex problem with multilevel and characteristics. The fuzzy or grey methods can not evaluate the problem objectively and accurately. So, the grey cluster theory can be used to obtain the indexes of grey statistics, to construct the fuzzy subjection matrix and to establish the comprehensive evaluation method of combing grey evaluation with fuzzy evaluation. This method can make a more objective and accurate evaluation of local brand of Industrial Cluster, and make the core brand of Industrial Cluster well- known.
