当前,中国民众的政治参与热情日益高涨,社会政治格局发生了显著的变化,中国特色的政治发展正在持续进行中。借鉴用来考察后发国家政治参与和政治发展的"亨廷顿公式"中的制度化概念,结合中国的本土政治经验对其进行修正,提炼出"再制度化"的新观点,以其作为考察当前中国政治参与和政治发展关系的中介。可以看到,政治参与促进了"再制度化"过程,而"再制度化"则是中国政治稳定发展的保障与特征。

Political Participation and Political Development in China Today:Perspective on "Re-institutionalization"

In China today,the political participation of the public is upsurging,and the remarkable change of political pattern is also happening.The Chinese characteristic political development is continuous.We can use for reference the concept of Institutionalization in "Formula of Huntington" which is widely used by scholars to describe the relationship between political participation and political stability in developing countries,and point out its theoretic deficiency and defects in explaining Chinese experience.The opinion of "re-institutionalization" can be proposed as an intermediary for the investigation of the relationship between political participation and political development.It is thought that political participation can promote the process of "re-institutionalization",and "re-institutionalization" may be the security and characteristics of China’s political stability and development.
