| 摘 要： | 社会进步有赖于反映社会良知思想的指导,反映社会良知思想有赖于学术的自由和自主探索,学术自由和自主探究则有赖于良好的学术风气和学术精神,而学术风气和学术精神又是与一定的学术制度相联系的,学术制度的激励机制在某种程度上决定了学术风气和学术精神。

| Abstract: | Social progress is always guided by thoughts that reflect social conscience,thoughts that reflect social conscience always depend on free and independent academic exploration,and free and independent academic explorate depends on good academic atmosphere and academic spirit,but academic atmosphere and academic spirit correlate with academic research institution.So,to a certain extent,academic research institution determines academic atmosphere and academic spirit. |
