在知识分子理论的发展中,生态理论的兴起为知识分子研究提供了另一种视角.社会—政治—文化生态系统对知识分子的影响和作用不是割裂的,这三者之间也是相互影响,共同构成知识分子发展赖以依存的生态环境.和谐的知识分子生态环境,首先需要和谐的政治生态环境.合理的知识分子政策和正确理解知识分子的价值则是创造和谐政治生态环境的关键.其次,需要良好的社会生态环境.社会大环境的改变是转型社会的必然,所以分析转型社会给知识分子带来的社会问题和困境,能帮助我们思考如何创造良好的社会生态环境.第三,需要有文化生态环境的依托.大学作为知识分子成长和生活的“社区”,其制度安排至关重要.

Status Quo and Construction of the Ecological Environment of Contemperary Intellectuals

In the development of intellectual theory,the ecological theory sprang up,providing a new viewpoint for intellectual studies.The effect and roles of society-politics-civilization ecological system on intellectuals can not be seperated.The three components of society,politics and culture interfluence each other and collectively constitute the ecological environment indispensible for the development of intellectuals.First,harmonious intellectual ecological environment needs harmonious political environment:sound intellectual policies and correct appreciation of the value of intellectuals are the keys to creating harmonious political environment.Second,it needs proper social ecological environment:the changes of social environment are inevitable in society transformation,so analyzing the problems and predicament the transforming society caused to intellectuals can help us reflect on how to create better social ecoligical environment.Third,it requires the support of cultural ecological environment.The institutional arrangements of universities which function as the maturing and living "community" of intellectuals are of vital importance.
