摘    要:中国加入WTO组织,以经济实力、国防实力和民族凝聚力为主要内容的竞争已经在全球范围内展开.我们不仅仅是面对,更重要的是应对.说到底,入世就是人才和知识的激烈比拼.中国加入WTO,国有企业面对外国企业的大举进军,最怕的不是市场的竞争,产品的竞争,而是人才的竞争.如何赢得这场竞争的胜利,中国首先必须进行人事人才意识的更新,进行全新的人才管理机制的改革,树立开发人才的新观念,缩短与国际接轨的差距,直面入世的挑战."得人才者得天下",唯有如此,中国才能在经济全球化的浪潮中永远立于不败之地.

Abstract:After Chinas entry into WTO,there exist worldwide competitions in economic strength,national defense capability,and national cohesion.Not only should we confront the competitions and challenges courageously but also deal with them composedly.With foreign enterprises flowing into China on a large scale,what our entry into WTO brings about actually is an intense competition of talents and knowledge rather than a competition of markets and products.To win this competition,our concept of human resources has to be refreshed firstly,and the reform in management mechanism of human resources should be carried out.Moreover,the new concept of exploring human resources should also be set up.Thus,we can shorten the gap between our practices and international conventions and face up to all the challenges.Only when we highly value the talents would China remain invincible for ever in the globalization of world economy.
