| Abstract: | The building of general Party branches at the department level of China's higher education institutions is an integral part of the Party's grass-roots organizational building. An explorative discussion is made of the contents, mechanism, and methods of strengthening the building of general Party branches at the department level of China's higher education institutions in the situation of great development of China's higher education. Taking Xi'an Shiyou University for example, some measures and approaches are suggested on how to give full play to the departments' general Party branches as a political nucleus. |
