| 摘 要： | 达斡尔族乌钦口头文化不仅是达斡尔民族的重要组成部分,而且也是中华文化的重要构成内容,因此保护传承达斡尔族乌钦口传文化具有重要的意义。主要从政策层面、观念层面、技术层面、体制层面探讨了达斡尔民族口传文化保护传承的对策。

| Abstract: | The qin oral culture in Daur nationality is not only an important part of the Daur people,and also is the important component of Chinese culture.Therefore,to protect the heritage of the qin oral culture is of great significance.This article mainly from the policy level,ideology,the technical level,the system level,discusses the countermeasures of the national oral culture protection in Daur ethnic minority group. |
