| 摘 要： | 基于扬州大学的调查数据,描述大学生毕业生工作搜寻过程中的信息意向、搜寻渠道、工作搜寻时间频率、搜寻密度和搜寻成本,分析大学生工作搜寻行为中的各种影响因素.研究发现.学校、专业的不同会影响大学毕业生的工作搜寻行为;女大学生的搜寻努力程度大于男生,但就业中受歧视现象明显;用人单位对毕业生能力的要求不断提高,对学生自身的要求和学校的培养方式提出新的挑战.

| Abstract: | Take one university of Yangzhou for example,surveying and analyzing graduates' employment in 2007 on a large scale,from work searching,initial salary,work satisfaction,opinions in job-hunting,etc.Based on the analysis and comparison of the statistic,trying to put forward some advice to promote the employment of graduates from higher education. |
