中国单位伦理实体探究

在中国,单位作为计划经济时代的基本社会组织和伦理实体,是相当长一段时间内社会伦理关系和伦理秩序存在的基础和前提。“单位”伦理实体中的伦理关系和伦理精神有它特有的涵义,也有它于计划经济时期中国社会伦理秩序建立之根据;在现今的市场经济和依法治国的社会趋势下,单位伦理实体显出某些不适应性,应作出相应的扬弃。

A Study of "Unit" as Ethical Entity in China

In China, “unit" as a basic social organization and an ethical entity typical of the age of planned economy, has long been a basis and premise on which the social ethical relationship and ethical order were established. The ethical relationship and spirit underlying “units" as ethical entities have their special connotations. At present, “units" show some of their inadaptability under the condition of marketing economy and legalization, so they must make corresponding adjustments.
