| Abstract: | The close relationship between language and thought has long been studied by different linguists from different angles in their researches. But how do language and thought actually influence each other? By analyzing the oral performances of the different age groups, this paper intends to demonstrate that one's thinking patterns have some effect on the quality of the language, thus drawing people's attention to the training of thinking along with the training of the language skills. |
