SA8000对我国企业社会责任建设的影响与启示

SA8000作为第一个以保护劳工权利、劳动环境和条件为宗旨的企业社会责任体系，要求企业在追求经济利益的同时，应当承担相应的社会责任。在经济全球化的今天，企业社会责任建设问题是我国政府和企业必须面对的现实问题，然而，我国现阶段的企业社会责任建设仍然存在着诸多问题，面临着严峻的形势。因此，我国应当借鉴SA8000的主要内容，完善劳动立法，严格劳动执法，同时应当以SA8000为蓝本，制定符合我国国情的企业社会责任标准，推动企业社会责任的建设。

Today, wi economic globalization, the construction of corporate social responsibility is a realistic issue to be faced by the government and the enterprises in our country. However, there are still a lot of problems and the situation is still grim in the construction of corporate social responsibility at the present stage in our country. Therefore, our country should on the one hand improve labor legislation and execute labor laws to the letter by using the main content of SA8000 for reference and, on the other hand, lay down the standards of corporate social responsibility in accordance with our country＇ s conditions to promote the construction of corporate social responsibility by utilizing SA8000 as a chief source.
