| 摘 要： | 开展创新教育培养创新人才是知识经济新时代的召唤,是社会发展的必然.分析了传统(教育内容、教育方式、教育评价)的弊端,指出传统教育束缚了学生的创新意识和创新能力,扼杀了学生的创造力.指出开展创新教育、培养创新人才必须抓住优化教师素质和课堂教学这两个环节.

| Abstract: | Developing creative education and cultivating talents are the call of our new age of intellectual economy and also an inexorable trend of social development. The abuses of traditional education(educational contents, manners and evaluation) are analyzed here and the author points out traditional education has fettered and stifled student's creativity, and puts forward that the optimization of teacher's qualities and classroom teaching is very important in order to develop creative education and cultivate creative talents. |
