教师行为与英语教师发展模式的理论思考

摘    要:近年来教师行为研究成为国外师资培训中的主要环节。研究高师英语教师的发展模式,更好地促进他们的专业发展,是全面贯彻以创新精神为核心的素质教育,有效提高教育质量,实现科教兴国发展战略的重要保障。近年来国内外有关学者对高师英语教师的专业发展及其成长规律进行了一系列的探讨,并指出学者型教师与教师新手的区别主要在于知识类型、结构的不同以及由此产生的能力差异。

Abstract:In recent years,study on teachers' action has played an important part in the international teachers' training.Studying college English teachers' developing mode and improving their professional standard is a guarantee to carry the quality-oriented education through to the end,to improve our teaching standard and to realize the development strategy of invigorating our country through science and education.Experts at home and abroad have held a series of discussions about college English teachers' professional level and developing mode and pointed out that the difference between scholarly teachers and those new ones lies in the knowledge type,the structure and the capability.
