我国人口与土地城镇化的协调性测定与影响因素研究

人口城镇化与土地城镇化失衡是我国城镇化发展面临的重要问题。运用异速生长模型对我国人口城镇化与土地城镇化的协调性进行实证测定。结果表明：不论从总体上还是分区域亦或是从不同城市规模角度看,我国人口城镇化都明显滞后于土地城镇化。在此基础上,从我国现存的外部制度和内在的经济发展方式两个层面分析了人口城镇化与土地城镇化失衡的原因,最后提出三项建议：一是中央应在统筹全局的基础上对现有制度进行适当调整和改革;二是限制超大城市;合理发展中小城市;三是为了缓解城镇化建设中的资金缺口,应在政府主导下,充分调动民间资金和民营企业参与到城镇化建设中去等。

A Study on the Coordination Testing and Influence Factors of Population Urbanization and Land Urbanization in China

The imbalance between population urbanization and land urbanization is an important problem in Chinas urban development. This paper applies the allometric growth model to conduct an empirical study on the coordination of the population urbanization and land urbanization of our country. The results show that regardless of the overall or region or from the point of view of different scale city, the population urbanization of our country is lagging behind the land urbanization. On the basis of this, the article analyzes the imbalance between population urbanization and land urbanization from the two aspects of the external system existing in China and internal economic development mode. Finally, according to the research conclusion, we put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
