| 摘 要： | 战略联盟内的互相信任问题是战略联盟取得成功的最重要的环节,大量战略联盟的失败都可以归结为互相信任问题。文章探讨和剖析了企业战略联盟内部成员企业在组建和运转过程中的相互信任问题,并提出了建立相互信任机制的各种有效措施。

| Abstract: | Mutual trust is the most important to achieve complete success in the strategic alliance. Numerous failures of alliance can be attributed to the poor mutual trust. Discussing and analyzing the problems of mutual trust among members of strategic alliance in the course of organizing and operating the strategic alliance, the paper has proposed measurements for the mutual trust in strategic alliance. |
