| 摘 要： | 教师教学质量评价是高校教学质量监控的重要环节。目前高校教师教学质量评价过程中存在对评价目的认识不足、评价过程不够规范、评价体系缺乏合理性等问题,依据客观性与指导性、多元性与发展性、整体性与独立性、科学性与可操作性并重的原则,提出了以"双师型"为人才培养目标的高校教师教学质量评价指标体系与评价方法。 |
