Under the New Normal, equipment manufacturing industry is still the core driving force supporting the economic development in Liaoning. The lagging of industrial innovation ability of equipment manufacturing industry has become the bottleneck containing the sustainable growth of economy in Liaoning. The industry innovation capability is conducive to the promotion for the equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning to break the low-end locking and overcome the inherent reliance on innovation patterns.
