摘    要:新媒体时代,意识形态斗争形势严峻,不容乐观。面对新形势、新问题和新局面,高校思政课如何提升主流意识形态引导力,做到因事而化、因时而进、因势而新;思政课教师如何沉着应对新的挑战,自觉、主动地肩负起历史使命和责任担当,是当前急需解决的问题。从坚守底线思维,做好守土有责;运用底线思维,争取有所作为两个方面,坚持“有守”和“有为”紧密结合,就高校思政课主流意识形态引导力提升提出对策与建议。

Abstract:In the new media era, the ideological struggle situation is grim, and people should not be optimistic about it. Facing the new situation, new problems and new layout, it is the urgent problems to be solved currently for ideological and political courses to improve the guiding force of mainstream ideology so as to realize changing as things change, advancing as time goes, and innovating as situation varies, and for the teachers of ideological and political courses to calmly deal with the new challenges, and to shoulder the historic mission and responsibility consciously and proactively. From the two aspects of sticking to the bottom line thinking and taking the responsibility of protecting the domain, and using the bottom line thinking and striving for something, some countermeasures and suggestions on the improvement of the mainstream ideology of ideological and political courses in universities are proposed insisting on the combination of “protecting the domain” and “striving for something”.
