老工业基地大中型企业新型工业化发展模式研究——以湖南省株洲市为例

株洲作为老工业基地,产业政策和法规不完善,资本运作实力弱,信息产业待加速,园区规划不合理,投资结构不合理等,是目前存在的基本问题。只有采取完善产业政策和法规,加快园区规划,促进产业集聚,加大资本运作,提升企业实力,培育新型产业,发展高新技术产业,扶持中小企业发展等措施,才能走新型工业化道路,提高企业自主创新能力,以信息化带动工业化,继而推进工业结构战略性调整。
