高校毕业生就业诚信状况分析及对策

摘    要:近年来大学生失信现象屡见媒体,本文对高校大学生毕业生的诚信状况进行了调查,分析了毕业生失信问题产生的主要原因,结合本校对大学生毕业生诚信教育与管理实践的经验,提出了对毕业生诚信教育的建议:严格把关,积极开展毕业生诚信教育;建立毕业生个人诚信档案制度;拓宽就业渠道,畅通就业信息渠道,加大就业培训;培育诚信社会,营造良好的诚信教育氛围。

Abstract:In recent years,university students lack of honesty frequently appeared in the newspapers,this text surveys university student's honesty state,and analyse the reason of this problem,combine the experience of the honesty educate and management practice,suggest the way to cultivate university student's honesty: Check on strictly,launch actively graduates'trustworthiness education;Set up graduates' personal trustrworthiness file system;Widenning the channel of obtaining employment,unblocked talent market channel,strengthen employment training;Foster the sincere society,build good trustrworthiness society and breeding the atmosphere.
