| 摘 要： | 中国共产党的形势政策观,是党关于形势与政策的本质、特点和作用,关于分析形势、进行政策活动必须遵循的基本价值取向、原则和方法的总和。党的形势政策观的基本观点就是党关于形势政策问题的本质、基本特点和作用的分析和阐述。是关于"形势和政策是什么"这一形势政策观基本问题的看法。党的政策是党的生命,它关系到党的事业的兴衰成败;而客观形势既是我党制定和实施政策的依据,也是检验党的政策的标准。

| Abstract: | The CPC viewpoint on situation and policy is a combination of the basic value,principle and methods which must be followed when analyzing the situation and practicing the policy.The basic standpoint is also the analysis and elaboration of the nature,basic characteristics and function of the sit- uation and policy problems.The policy of the Party is the life of the Party,critical to the success and failure of the business of the Party. |
