| 摘 要： | 选用10只健康来杭鸡,分离暴露舌咽神经干,在岩神经节处注射4μL CB—HRP,动物存活约35h,灌流固定。取延髓用冰冻连续切片,镜下观察:舌咽神经传出神经元主要位于舌咽神经背运动核,部分位于迷走神经背运动核的前端和面神经腹侧核。

| Abstract: | The Brainstem distribution of the efferent components of the glossopharyngeal nerve in the chiken was studied by CB-HRP histochemistry . After injecting HRP into the glossoparyngeal trunk, the ladeled cells were found mainly in the doral motor nucleus of the glosspharyngeal nerve (N IX ) and some were found in the ventral nucleus of the facied nerve (NVF). N K was the rostral extension of the dorsal motornucleus of the vagus nerve (DMV) between which there were no obvious limits. NVF was the rostral extension of the nucleus a - mbiguus (NA), and located at the ventrolateral aspect of the medulla, and included ventromedial large cell and dorsolteral small cell groups. No ladeled cells were seen in the NA. |
