人力资本与物质资本的匹配及其效率影响

 关于人力资本与物质资本之间的匹配与协调，现有研究大多处于定性分析或局部的经验观察。本文在系统解析两者的匹配协调性与经济增长关系的基础上，借鉴物理学中“耦合协调”的理论，测算了中国工业经济运行中人力资本与物质资本两种要素之间的匹配协调度，并考察了这种匹配协调度对经济效率的影响。研究发现，人力资本与物质资本的匹配协调对经济效率有显著的积极影响，并且这种影响十分稳健。因此，人力资本与物质资本的有效积累，不仅仅是两者数量上的增加，同时还要关注两者在数量和结构上的匹配和均衡。

The Coordination between Human and Physical Capital and its Effects on Economic Efficiency

Most studies about the coordination between human and physical capital focused on qualitative analysis,or only took these two capitals as homogeneous and discussed on match in total stock.Based on heterogeneous capital hypothesis,this article tried to explain the relationship between the coordination between human and physical capital and economic efficiency.Moreover,we used the "coupling" in physics to estimate the coordination between the two capitals in industry of China,and researched its effects on the economic efficiency.We found that the coordination between human and physical capital had significant positive and robust effects on efficiency.Thus we concluded,the effective accumulations of human and physical capital were not only the accumulation on quantities,but the coordination and balance on both quantity and structural.
