| 摘 要： | 面对高等学校办学体制和办学模式深刻变化的新形势,本文着重探讨和研究从源头上治理和预防腐败的问题,从提高反腐败工作的前瞻性和实效性出发,阐述了建立高校党员领导干部廉洁从政的预警、制约机制的必要性和紧迫性,并提出了具有高校特点和可操作性的对策和措施,对当前高校加强反腐败斗争的力度具有一定的现实意义.
