对高职院校人文教育的反思

摘    要:高职教育是近年来的教育热点,但对高职教育的研究往往集中在如何适应市场、如何办出职教特色等阶段性目标,而忽略了人文教育这一终极目标。本文针对高职教育重技能、轻人文的现状进行分析,探讨了高职院校实施人文教育的必要性,并结合当前高职教育改革和教师教学实践提出了相应的对策。

Rethinking on the Education of Humanity in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract:A heated discussion about higher vocational education in China has been made nationwide. But the study has always focused on how higher vocational education should be adapted to the socialistic market economy and how it should be energetically developed with the characteristics of its own. The paper presents that higher vocational education should not simply emphasize the training of workers and employees with basic professional knowledge and certain professional skills, which is regarded as the preliminary objectives in vocational education, but aim at training practice-oriented talents with comprehensive professional abilities and all-round qualities directly engaged in the forefront of production, service, technology and management. Based on the analysis of the present situations of higher vocational education in China, the paper argues that much emphasis should be laid on the necessity of education of arts and humanities with the strategies to implement them in higher vocational education.
