法制视野中的大学生诚信问题

诚信是一个人安身立命的首要条件,中国的文化传统历来注重个人诚信道德修养,但在现代市场经济的大环境下,各行各业却显现出诚信的缺失。在大学校园里,大学生的诚信缺失问题也逐步显现出来,并受到社会各界的极大关注。大学生诚信缺失的原因有道德层面的、有心理层面的,和目前我国相关的法律和制度不完善有关。在加强大学生诚信教育的过程中,要注重发挥法制对大学生诚信问题的指引、制裁和激励作用。

Sincerity of University Students in Perspective of Legal Systerm

Sincerity is essential for us to settle down and get on with our pursuit.Sincerity cultivation is important to Chinese traditional culture.But,nowadays,sincerity is being deserted in all walks of life in the modern Market Economy.On university campus, the lack of sincerity of students appears gradually, and the society is concerning about it greatly. There are some reasons for the lack of sincerity of university students. One is from morals and psychology.It is also related to the imperfect legal systerm of China. During the process of enhancing university students'awareness of sincerity, legal systerm should play a guiding, restrictive and motivating role.
