| 摘 要： | 随着高校扩招和社会对大学毕业生素质提出越来越高的要求,高校毕业生就业难已成为社会关注的热点,开展和推动高校的职业指导工作,对于提高毕业生就业率,促进高校的发展都具有十分重要的意义.从影响就业的因素入手,论述高校职业指导工作存在的问题,以及进一步开展与推动高校职业指导工作应采取的一些措施.
