| Abstract: | to establish modern enterprise system and to realize the reform of personnel system in modern enterprises is to establish the talent market of enterprising manager and to adjust the talent resources with market system. In order to make the enterprise assets rise in value and gain the most profits, we should take full advantage of the role of stockholders meeting, board of directors and supervisory committee, utilize effective stimulating and binding system, encourage managers to work creatively and make proper use of management rights. |
