| 摘 要： | 当前，在社会中处于弱势的整个妇女群体的个体权利保护能力的不足以及相关制度和立法、执法中的障碍，是影响妇女权益保护的主要问题。但对上述问题我国现行的法律援助体系又未能涵盖，因此，在妇女权益保护制度方面引入公益诉讼已成为必要。但由于法律规定的相对滞后，公益诉讼制度在我国尚是空缺，已不能适应社会和经济发展的要求。

| Abstract: | At present, the main problems to protect women＇s fights and interests lie in both the weaker power for women to protect themselves in the society and the obstacles in relative systems, legislations and enforcement of law, which fail to be solved in our country＇ s current legal aid system so that it is essential to cover the protection system of women＇s rights and interests in the public interest litigation. But the system of public interest litigation has not yet been set up in our country because of our relative lagging of the legal provisions. It cannot meet the needs of our social and economic development. |
