| 摘 要： | 利用网络技术开发档案信息资源,对充分实现档案的价值具有重要意义。但在开发的过程中,由于档案信息具有内容的机密性、传递的滞后性、作用的原始性和保管的分散性等特点,使网络环境下的档案信息开发遇到了前所未有的困难。如何克服这些困难,本文提出了解决问题的三大对策,即针对性开发、实时性开发和安全性开发。

| Abstract: | It is significant to make use of network technology t o tap information resources in order to get the value of the file to the full. H owever, in the process of tapping, with the characteristics of secret in content of file information, stagnating behind in delivery, the primitiveness of its fu nction and the decentralization in its taking care of, the tapping archives info rmation under the condition of network encounters unprecedented difficulties. To overcome these difficulties, the article puts forward three counter-measures t o deal with them, i.e., the tapping with the aim, to guarantee real-time and sa fety. |
