| 摘 要： | 英美法系国家和大陆法系国家在职工参与企业管理问题上构建了不同的制度，与这些国家相比，我国法律对职工参与企业管理问题的规定也较有特点。通过对这些规范进路加以比较，力图探寻一条更为有效且适合中国国情的职工参与企业管理之路。
