海豚形叶片气动性能高于传统叶片的机理分析

摘    要:介绍了一种新型的涡轮机短叶片-海豚形叶片,它可代替传统的TC-1A型短叶片。传统的涡轮机短叶栅虽然叶型损失较小,但端部损失较大。用海豚形叶片可降低这种比较高的端部损失。通过计算表明,海豚形叶栅在改进传统的涡轮机短叶栅的气动性能方面是明显有效的。本文从机理上对此加以分析。

Abstract:A new kind of short turbine blade-dolphin blade is introduced for emploxing instead of the traditional TC-1A short blade.In the traditional short turbine cascade,the profileloss is usually small and the secondary flow loss at both ends is rather high.The dolphin -cascade is adopted to replace the traditional TC-1A cascade for reducing high secondary loss in the short cascade.The computation indicates that the aerodynamic characteristics are effec tively improved by use of dolphin cascade.
