| Abstract: | Laser Mie & FD based particle sizer is widely used in particle sizing after 70s, and it is now stated to dominate the world market. In this work, according to the theory of Mie light scattering, the results influenced by the misalignment of the photo detector in the small angle forward scattering laser particle sizer are discussed in detail. |
