| 摘 要： | 讨论企业高新技术进入战略的类型，并运用Ｐｅｔｒｉ网理论对企业制订高新技术进入战略的过程进行了描述与分析。结果表明，Ｐｅｔｒｉ网理论在战略管理领域具有潜在的应用价值。
