| Abstract: | Dissolution of contract means the termination of a valid contract by one or both parties under necessary conditions. The terms and legal consequences of the rescission of a contract lie in the mutual agreement of concerning parties and legal regulations. There is a lot left to be perfected due to the confusing and contradictory regulations about terminating a contract in contemporary law of contract. |
